There may come a time when your lift may need service. You can be confident that Hi-N-Dry will be able to provide you with quality replacement parts to promptly get your lift back in working order.

Customers can troubleshoot their lifts before calling us by following the checklist below:

Is the lift plugged in?
Are the GFIs (on the motor cords) tripped?
Is the circuit breaker that supplies power to the pier turned on?
Are the drive units properly greased?
Are the drive belts tight?
Is the boat properly positioned on the lift (both fore/aft and port/starboard)?
Are the cables wrapped properly on their spools?

Please have the following information ready with your questions.

The make of the lift.
The weight capacity of the lift.
The hull support system.
The approximate date the lift was installed.
A phone number and the best time that you can be reached.
The problem with the lift.

A service representative will promptly return your inquiry. Remember,
Hi-N-Dry can provide help with most makes of boat lifts - not just our own.
